  1. Loading and Unloading Vehicles: Safely load and unload vehicles for departing and arriving guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  2. Guest Assistance: Escort guests to reception, announcing them by name and providing a personalized service.
  3. Driveway and Car Park Maintenance: Ensure the hotel's driveway and car park are clean and free of traffic at all times, reporting any defects to the concierge or maintenance team.
  4. Collaboration with Valet Parking: Liaise with the valet parking attendant to ensure seamless handovers and check-ins for arriving and departing vehicles.
  5. Red Carpet Service: Provide exceptional service for VIPs and weddings, ensuring a memorable experience for our most valued guests.
