Responsibilities:

  • Deliver presentations to diverse audiences, both internally and externally, and produce clear, persuasive, and concise reports and presentations.
  • Direct quantitative analysis, assess the depth required for each assignment, translate findings into actionable insights, and ensure quality assurance of results.
  • Build and maintain productive, long-lasting relationships with clients at all levels, demonstrating exceptional client communication skills.
  • Plan and manage the delivery of quality work by leading teams in a strategic consulting environment, showcasing strong teamwork and commercial acumen.
  • Travel 75% to client locations across the GCC, driving results through your strong commercial acumen.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven strategy consulting experience at the Manager level with a top-tier consulting firm focused on public sector - social sector and economic development is essential.
  • A strong track record of interacting with and managing senior stakeholders, particularly in the Middle East, is highly valued.
  • Arabic speakers are preferred, but not required.

Education:

  • An MBA or Master's degree from a top-tier institution with a strong academic record is required.
  • An undergraduate degree from a reputable university is also necessary.

Professional Skills:

  • Strong client service orientation, commercial acumen, and interpersonal and communication skills are critical to success.
  • Demonstrated success in project/team leadership and relevant achievements, as well as the ability to synthesize policy impacts and translate them into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, as well as intercultural competence and experience working in diverse, multi-cultural teams, are highly valued.
