Job Summary:

As an E-Commerce Website Specialist at MEFITPRO, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels and website. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and other online marketplaces. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring accurate product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory management across all online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms.
  • Product Management: Ensure accurate product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory management across all online channels.
  • SEO & SEM: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase online visibility.
  • Website Management: Manage the company's website in terms of content, design, plugin integration, and API integration.
  • Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing to promote products and drive sales.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of online sales channels using analytics tools to track KPIs and optimize strategies for better results.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance the online customer experience by improving website navigation, checkout processes, and customer service touchpoints.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on e-commerce performance, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in sports retail, fitness, or wellness industries.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Shopify, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other e-commerce tools and platforms.
  • Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and industry trends.
