Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Experience in a sales role, preferably within the FM industry or a related technical field. Familiarity with technical sales and client relationship management is essential.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of facilities management services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
  • Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to close deals and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and a commitment to meeting their needs.
