Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in planning and executing our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with senior marketing professionals to drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
2. Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring engagement.
3. Collaborate with the team to produce visual and written content that resonates with target audiences.
4. Analyze campaign performance data to measure the success of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights for improvement.
5. Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
6. Conduct market research to identify trends, target demographics, and emerging media platforms.
7. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely campaign execution.
8. Support the development and management of email marketing campaigns.
9. Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications and media channels.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
12 years of experience in digital marketing, media, or related roles (internships or entry-level experience is acceptable).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and marketing analytics.
Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.
Experience with video editing and content creation.
Familiarity with graphic design tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
