About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Insights Manager to join our team at MyGwork - LGBTQ+ Business Community. As a key member of our Global Brand Strategy & Insights team, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and evolving our Global Brand Strategy, and leading Brand, Audience, Go-To-Market, and Customer Lifecycle research to inform data-driven, actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage the Global Brand Health Tracker: End-to-end management of the global brand health tracker, from evolving the survey design to vendor management and synthesizing data trends into narrative-driven reports.
- Deliver Quarterly and Ad Hoc Reports: Delivering quarterly and ad hoc reports that track performance across key metrics, surfacing notable trends and changes in brand health.
- Leverage Data to Measure Brand Impact: Leveraging first and third-party data to measure holistic brand impact of specific cross-channel activations with target audiences.
- Drive Socialization of Brand Insights: Driving ongoing socialization of brand insights and partnering with stakeholders (primarily across Marketing verticals) to distill findings into opportunities for real-time optimization.
- Conduct Meta-Analyses: Conducting meta-analyses to explore strategic questions related to brand impact and the metrics that matter.
- Manage Vendor/Agency Relationships: Managing ongoing vendor/agency relationships, including reviewing deliverable reports with thoughtful, clear feedback.
- Partner with Data Science Team: Partnering with the data science team to create and manage dashboards and self-service tools for brand data.
About the Team
Our team is responsible for defining, implementing, and evolving our Global Brand Strategy, and leading Brand, Audience, Go-To-Market, and Customer Lifecycle research to inform data-driven, actionable recommendations. We utilize both traditional approaches, as well as exploratory methods to uncover opportunities, for both the near and long term. Much of our work is strategic in nature and aims to provide value to the entire organization. Our overarching vision is to humanize data into compelling storytelling and strategies to position MyGwork - LGBTQ+ Business Community to achieve ambitious business goals and delight audiences.
Basic Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex data in streamlined summaries and simple charts.
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will also have:
- Experience in audience segmentation and targeting
- 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Familiarity with syndicated research tools such as Morning Consult Brand Intelligence
