We are currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant Manager at Align Staffing Solutions. As an Engagement Coordinator, you will play a vital role in handling various administrative functions within the community and customer communication.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. Key responsibilities include welcoming customers, efficiently handling enquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with vendors, reviewing invoices, processing payments, managing online services, and assisting the association manager in monitoring expenses.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' experience in a relevant area, preferably in a medium to large organization.
  • Able to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and handle multiple assignments.

Work Arrangements:

  • 6 days per week & 9 hours per day.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Job Details: Job Type: Contract, Contract length: 12 months.
