Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tenant Liaison Officer to join our team at ALFAHIM. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenancy contracts, collecting overdue rental payments, and maintaining accurate debtor reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tenancy Contract Renewals: Collaborate with leasing officers to ensure timely renewal of tenancy contracts and issue renewal notices to tenants within prescribed timelines.
  • Receivables and Collections: Follow up with clients to collect overdue rental payments, identify and communicate with rent defaulters, and update line managers on collection progress to minimize bad debt.
  • Routine Administration: Prepare and maintain accurate debtor reports, ensure timely reporting of collection details to line managers, and provide support with EPICO admin operations to resolve customer and municipality-related issues.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and manage relationships with existing tenants to limit complaints, ensure retention, and drive repeat business through enhanced customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in property leasing, with at least 2 years in a senior tenant liaison and collection role in the UAE market.
