Key Responsibilities

  2. Training Program Design: Design and deliver training programs that are engaging, effective, and relevant to our employees' needs.
  3. Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions to employees across various levels of the organization, including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
  4. Training Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our training programs are aligned with our business objectives.
  6. Quality Assurance: Ensure that our training programs meet the highest quality standards and are compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering is essential. Other engineering degrees will be considered based on experience in the field.
  2. Language: Must be fluent in English.
  3. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of total experience in the Power/Desalination industry in an O&M role. Technical training and development experience in a multinational environment is a plus.
  4. Certifications: Certification as a Trainer or well-experienced in designing and delivering training programs. Certified in Project Management (PMI or PMP).
  5. Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to design and deliver training programs, experience in coaching and mentoring others, and familiarity with Quality and Occupational Health & Safety systems and principles.
