Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Rotana Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and maximizing room revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Feedback and Preferences

Actively solicit and respond to guest feedback and preferences to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded.

Revenue Growth

Develop and implement strategies to maximize room revenue through up-selling and optimizing room availability during peak periods.

Loyalty Program Promotion

Actively promote and sell our company's loyalty program, as well as Food and Beverage events and in-house facilities, to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.

Accounting and Auditing

Ensure that all accounting and auditing practices are in line with company policies and governmental requirements, and conduct regular audits and reviews of registration cards.

Team Leadership

Lead and coach the front desk team to achieve exceptional guest service and colleague satisfaction results, while ensuring that all corporate and property standards and policies are met.
