We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team at Creating Homes Interiors And Contracting L.L.C. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Operations: Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of bank account statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents.
  • Contracting and Interiors: Support the accounting team in managing project-wise accounting records, including labor payroll calculations and invoicing.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely payment and resolution of any accounting-related issues.
  • Organizational Skills: Perform tasks related to organization and strong communication, ensuring the team's efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
