Our client, a prominent holding company in the investment sector, is in search of a Recruitment Manager specializing in the financial services domain.

As the Recruitment Manager, you will be tasked with crafting, overseeing, and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy aimed at attracting top-tier talent that aligns with the organization’s objectives and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and secure qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage various platforms to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct preliminary screenings, coordinate interviews, and evaluate candidates' skills and cultural compatibility.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance and promote the company’s employer brand to draw in high-caliber candidates.
  • Talent Pipelines: Establish and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
  • Data Management: Keep accurate and current records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Process Excellence: Develop a robust end-to-end recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers.


Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Background in corporate or international settings, particularly in healthcare or finance (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Education: Must be western educated.
  • Language Proficiency: Should be an English native speaker or fluent in a European language.
  • Certification: Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
