Job Description

As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing support in various HR aspects related to logistics travel coordination and administrative tasks for our projects. Your primary workplace will be our office in Abu Dhabi, from where you will remotely provide support to our projects worldwide.

Your Responsibilities
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Facilitate travel arrangements for employees, including coordinating flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa processing when necessary.
  • Keep record of and communicate all travel arrangements with the involved parties.
  • Crew Management
  • Assist in managing crew changes for projects, ensuring timely and efficient rotation of personnel.
  • Ensure all project employees meet the required training standards of the project.
  • Administrative Support
  • Verify and maintain employee documents and records to ensure compliance with company policies and legal/visa requirements.
  • Cover various administrative responsibilities, coordinate and provide assistance on ad hoc tasks.
