Sales Director Job Description
The Ripple Custody team is seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our Middle East & Africa region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing commercial relationships with Ripple customers, including large global banks and crypto companies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to formulate deal strategies, tactics, and account plans, developing the necessary relationships to move deals to closure. Your expertise in distributed ledger technology and digital asset use cases will enable you to advise and sell to financial institutions, unlocking new opportunities for growth and revenue.

Responsibilities
This role involves:
  • IDentifying and securing commercial relationships with Ripple customers, including large global banks and crypto companies.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to formulate deal strategies, tactics, and account plans.
  • Developing relationships with financial institutions, asset managers, and crypto natives who require digital asset custody solutions.
  • Advising and selling to financial institutions, unlocking new opportunities for growth and revenue.
