Sales Developer Position

- Team Development: Mentor and train internal/external sales teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Project Management: Lead business development projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful implementation.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Brand Representation: Represent Grundfos at industry events, exhibitions, and seminars, showcasing our solutions and expertise.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively across functional areas, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Sales Growth: Support in achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth.
- Market Share Expansion: Increase market share within the IMEA region.
- Customer Interaction: Maximize face-to-face interactions with customers to build trust and rapport.
- Initiative Success: Successfully launch and execute sales development initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a large international company, preferably in the industry sector.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and the native language of the area.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage projects and processes.
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the area of responsibility.
- Digital Proficiency: Ability to leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance customer engagement.
