About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a Vision and Strategy for digital channels to drive growth, acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across our products and ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Product and Business Unit Growth Teams to design growth motions for B2C and B2B, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
  • Implement Best-in-Class Testing and Optimization Strategies, methodologies, and platforms to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Drive Customer Acquisition Efforts through performance marketing, identifying and designing customer journeys from ad to subscription.
  • Develop a Lifecycle User Strategy for our 100 million user base to drive activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Develop a Demand Generation Strategy for our B2B business, working closely with the Head of Sales to drive efficient pipeline and conversion across SMB verticals.
  • Lead a Team of Digital Marketers, ensuring their personal and skills development, and overseeing the management of digital agencies, SaaS platforms, and tools.
  • Manage Marketing Analytics and Reporting across the marketing team, driving insights on key levers and ROI.
  • Partner with the Data Team to drive accurate measurement and inference, while maintaining our strict privacy principles and protocols.
Requirements
  • Extensive Experience in digital marketing leadership, encompassing growth, performance marketing, and lifecycle/CRM, with a proven track record of driving growth with positive unit economics.
  • Strong Domain Expertise in performance marketing and lifecycle/CRM, with experience across SEO, product-led growth, and marketing analytics.
  • Holistic Approach to driving sustainable growth and product-led growth, prioritizing retention and monetization alongside acquisition and activation.
  • Strong Empathy for the Customer, user-centric mindset, and an unwillingness to lower standards.
  • Proven Track-Record in marketing successful product launches in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong Leadership Attributes and ability to lead the conversation.
