About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager to join our team at ALDAR. As an Assistant Vice President of Sales Strategy, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and excellence across our real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders: Work closely with the Vice President of Country Operations and other senior leaders to develop and refine our overall sales strategy for real estate development projects overseas.
  • Provide Strategic Insights: Offer critical insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes and achieve revenue targets.
  • Oversee Sales Processes: Supervise and oversee pre- and post-sales processes, including sales force enhancements, digital sales, purchase agreements, methods of payment, and customer journey.
  • Implement Technology Solutions: Evaluate and implement technology solutions and tools to enhance sales operations efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with customer management, legal, and IT teams to drive operational excellence.
  • Own System and Product Development: Be responsible for all system and product development, including sales force, trial blaze, and Genesis for sales.
  • Support Broker Recruitment: Support the recruitment of brokers worldwide and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Develop Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and communicating the sales strategy in conjunction with the line manager.
  • Implement Sales Strategy: Assist in the implementation of sales strategy and pricing to ensure proper preparation of units before launches.
  • Provide Accurate Reporting: Ensure accurate and periodic reporting and stats of sales on a monthly basis, analyze data to identify performance trends.
  • Execute Sales Approvals: Ensure proper execution of sales approvals and memos.
  • Plan Promotional Campaigns: Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, forecast financial returns.
  • Develop Sales Performance Reports: Develop and maintain comprehensive sales performance reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze Sales Data: Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement, track progress against sales goals, and make data-driven recommendations for adjustments to the sales strategy.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ Years of Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of experience in sales management operations in a large real estate company within the GCC or internationally.
