**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) sector, specifically within the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a robust network of contacts within major EPC companies in the GCC region and must be fluent in Arabic. This role is pivotal in driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence across the GCC.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Business Development Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth in the EPC and Oil & Gas sectors across the GCC region.
    • Identify and target key opportunities in line with the company's strategic objectives.
  2. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, projects, and partners within the EPC and Oil & Gas sectors.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Leverage existing relationships and build new connections with decision-makers in major EPC companies across the GCC.
    • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Tendering and Proposal Management:
    • Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals and tenders in collaboration with technical and commercial teams.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  5. Project Identification and Acquisition:
    • Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the EPC and Oil & Gas sectors.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project acquisition and execution.
  6. Networking and Representation:
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our services and expand our network.
    • Actively participate in industry forums and associations relevant to the EPC and Oil & Gas sectors.
  7. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress against targets, and market intelligence.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and business development activities.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in business development within the EPC, Oil & Gas industry in the GCC region.
  • Proven track record of successfully securing contracts with major EPC companies in the GCC.
  • Strong network of contacts within the EPC and Oil & Gas sectors in the GCC.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel across the GCC region as required.

**Preferred Skills:**

  • Knowledge of local regulations and business practices in the GCC region.
  • Experience with CRM software and business development tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Compensation:**

  • Competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
