  • Project Collateral Delivery: Deliver all required project collaterals on time and on budget, including landing pages, websites, EDMs, fact sheets, floor plans, social media assets, display ads, and press kits.
  • Budget Management: Propose and manage budgets relating to campaign and project deliverables, including monthly invoicing.
  • Campaign Setup and Reporting: Set up, measure, and report on residential marketing campaigns, in coordination with external agencies and internal teams.
  • Campaign Performance Review: Review campaign performance and propose ways to evolve and improve through data-led insights.
