We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Executive to drive our online sales through platforms such as Amazon FBA, Noon FBN, and vendor portals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize listings on Amazon FBA, Noon FBN, and other vendor portals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock replenishments.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor competitors and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
  • Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to the management team.
Requirements
