The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing strategies to optimize costs and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- We identify procurement needs aligned with company goals and asset management strategies.
- We develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to optimize costs and quality.
- We conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
- We establish and manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing terms.
- We monitor supplier performance against agreed-upon KPIs, including delivery timelines, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
- We conduct regular supplier reviews and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager within the asset management industry, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of procurement principles, including sourcing strategies, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Expertise in asset management practices, including asset lifecycle management and inventory control.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate supplier proposals, cost analysis, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
