Main Objectives
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for tenant mix and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze tenant performance data to inform decision-making.

Tenant Operations:

  • Coordinate with leasing teams to meet overall mall strategy and tenant mix requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with market conditions and industry changes, recommending adjustments to the mall strategy and tenant mix as needed.

Financials:

  • Manage the asset P&L to deliver EBITDA as per budget.
  • Monitor and raise questions about budget performance with other departments.

Reporting:

  • Provide monthly asset management reports for management to report on asset performance and progress on various initiatives.
