Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Team Lead to join our team at Jumeirah Al Naseem. As a key member of our Guest Relations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Guest Relations Executives, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and driving exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the Guest Relations Team: Organize and distribute tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication among team members.
  2. Guest Experience Management: Inspect rooms, conduct curbside check-ins, and ensure timely delivery of amenities for VIP and suite guests.
  3. Team Development: Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to Guest Relations Executives to enhance their skills and performance.
  4. Guest Concern Resolution: Address guest concerns and requests, taking ownership of issues and ensuring prompt resolution.
  5. Operational Efficiency: Ensure the lobby is manned, and shifts are covered according to the daily roster.

Requirements

  1. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Guest Relations in a 5-star luxury hotel.
  2. Language Skills: Clear and effective communication skills in English and proficiency in at least one additional language: Russian or European languages are preferred.
  3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Opera PMS (Cloud), and HotSoS.
  4. Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with effective organizational skills for handling multiple responsibilities.
