About the Role

This Senior Business Development Manager position plays a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion in Turkiye.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel revenue management, sales, and marketing, with expertise in leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Turkiye region.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
