This Senior Business Development Manager position plays a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion in Turkiye.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel revenue management, sales, and marketing, with expertise in leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Turkiye region.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
