  • Design and Specifications: Develop design drawings and specifications for construction projects.
  • Investigation and Planning: Plan and conduct geotechnical investigations effectively.
  • Site Supervision: Design and supervise site and ground investigations.
  • Soil Parameters: Analyze soil parameters and provide input to dredging production estimators.
  • Design Review: Review geotechnical design developed by third-party consultants.
  • Client Interaction: Interact with clients, sub-contractors, and team members to complete assigned projects on-time.
  • Design Verification: Review construction design proposals and verify geotechnical aspects.
  • QA/QC: Ensure correct design approach as per QA/QC procedure and standards.
  • Operational Requirements: Identify hazards, obtain information from the HSE department, make recommendations, and investigate incidents.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
