About the Role

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales objectives and targets in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Performance: Sell snacks products to meet given volume/value targets and provide excellent customer service to traditional trade customers.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, provide on-time service, and follow up on invoices and statements to ensure timely payments.
  3. Merchandising and Inventory Management: Implement FIFO method to avoid/reduce expiry/damages in outlets, and ensure efficient merchandising and inventory management.
  4. Territory Development: Identify new sales opportunities, retain existing customers, and expand the customer base in assigned territories.
  5. Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on customer behavior, competitive activity, and product performance to support marketing plans and business development.
  6. Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth sales operations, maintain company assets, and promote a team player attitude.
Requirements

Key Skills include customer service, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
