Job Description
A Life Insurance Advisor with strong tele-sales capabilities is required to join our Dubai team. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of life insurance products and tele sales expertise to provide clients with personalized solutions that meet their unique financial and protection requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough needs analyses to assist customers in selecting suitable life insurance policies.
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of term life, whole life, and investment-linked insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing continuous support and updates regarding their policies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards during all customer interactions and documentation processes.
- Follow up diligently with potential leads, ensuring a high conversion rate through personalized and effective tele sales techniques.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2-4 years experience in life insurance advisory / sales or tele sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business / Finance or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record in tele-sales, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Goal-oriented with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in English, additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
