Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Accountant at Precision Hire Solution. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience in financial recordkeeping, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter receipts, journals, and notes on a daily basis.
  • Transaction Filing: Properly file transactions and records on a daily basis.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit BRS reports on the first working day of every month, and send Statements of Account to all customers before the end of the day.
  • Collection Management: Prepare collection sheets on a monthly basis, ensure all dues and overdues are collected before the end of the month, and achieve collection targets.
  • Collection Follow-up: Conduct daily collection follow-up and arrange for collections through representatives or couriers.
  • Timely Deposits: Ensure timely deposit of collections (cheques and cash) into the bank on a daily basis.
  • Credit File Management: Update all credit files (direct customers and sales representatives) and strictly follow credit facility terms and conditions.
  • Invoice Acknowledgement: Acknowledge invoices through ERP and follow up on missing invoices on a daily basis.
  • Petty Cash Management: Handle petty cash on a regular basis and prepare petty cash for sales executives on or before the 7th of every month.
  • Accounts Payable and General Accounting: Handle accounts payable, general accounting, salary preparations, and cheque preparations as required.
  • Daily Reporting: Provide daily reporting of collections to the Financial Manager.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience.

Job Specific Skills:

  • High skills in dealing with financial and numeric data.
  • Both verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
