  • Quality Management: Ensure that all colleagues' activities adhere to and support the hotel's International Quality Management System.
  • Service Excellence: Provide hands-on support and assistance to colleagues to ensure highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to guests.
  • Team Leadership: Conduct team briefings, meetings, and training as directed by Management.
  • Departmental Standards: Assist management to maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures and ensure that all colleagues have a working knowledge and always follow the SOPs.
  • Service Linkage: Ensure that an effective link is maintained between kitchen and service areas.
  • Service Quality: Supervise the level, consistency, and quality of table and/or counter service of all menu items.
  • Food Safety: Ensure that all colleagues adhere to all food hygiene regulations and procedures.
  • Quality Monitoring: Consistently monitor quality of food and beverages being served and service quality, escalating any major problems/complaints to Management.
  • Upselling Techniques: Actively promote the use of upselling techniques within the outlet to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
  • Customer Service: Provide specialist advice to customers and colleagues on food and beverages.
  • Service Supervision: Supervise all aspects of food and beverage quality, service, and hygiene and escalate concerns to Management.
  • Operational Responsibility: In absence of an Outlet Manager or Assistant Outlet Manager, take responsibility of operational issues.
  • Additional Duties: Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.
  • Pools Bar Operation: Overlook Pool bar operation.
  • Customer Feedback: Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to customer feedback and complaints.
  • Reporting: Preparing daily log reports and presenting them to the higher management.
  • Customer Complaints: Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner in case any complaint arises.
  • Staff Planning: Planning and delegating tasks to the staff and ensuring that they work according to the compliance of the restaurant business.
  • Staff Training: Training new employees as per their abilities and skills.
About You:

In order to be considered for this role, you will have at least two years of working experience in a similar role in a luxury five-star hotel environment.

You will have excellent written and spoken English skills, additional language is an advantage. Knowledge of hotel operating systems is a must. Your experience in handling guest requests and exceeding their expectations would be regarded as essential.

Should be able to quickly learn and adapt to a new work environment.
