The Role:
- We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
- This role involves handling all accounting transactions, preparing budget projections, and managing closings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all accounting transactions, including financial statements and tax returns.
- Prepare budget projections and manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely bank settlements.
- Manage balance sheets and profit.
- Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus.
Requirements:
- Work experience as an Accountant / Front Desk Receptionist.
- Excellent knowledge of audit laws and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as FreshBooks and QuickBooks.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- Experience with basic ledger functions.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant degree.
