Job Title: GPP Utilities Package Lead - Gas Process Plant Package

Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Utilities Package Lead to join our team at MPH Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Utilities Package team and ensuring the successful delivery of the Gas Process Plant Package project.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management: Lead the Utilities Package team and ensure the successful delivery of the project, including engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation, and construction activities.
  2. Contract Management: Review and consolidate main documents from the GPP EPC CTR, ensure clear interfaces with the GPP EPC contract, and ensure vendor qualifications meet project integrity, operations, and quality standards.
  3. Team Collaboration: Liaise with and seek support from disciplines engineers as required, ensure good relationships with the EPC Contractor, and contribute to lessons learned of the project and close-out report.
  4. Quality and Safety: Ensure scope is performed per contractual requirements (quality and schedule), track production progress, address issues, and work with CTR to develop recovery plans.
  5. Communication: Attend and contribute to project meetings within CPY and with CTR, especially ad-hoc meetings on GPP, and participate in meetings with partners, authorities, and other stakeholders as required.

Requirements:
  1. Experience: 10 years in a similar position, minimum 20 years of professional experience, and recent working experience in Iraq will be an added advantage.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  3. Skills: Good knowledge in civil works & earthworks, infrastructures, engineering, construction, installation, commissioning of buildings, camps, and facilities, project management skills (Budget/Cost/Schedule), and ability to work in a multi-cultural business environment.
  4. Language: English as mother tongue or fluent in English (speaking and writing); French and/or Arabic language is a plus.
