We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Executive to join our team at NMC Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, handling complaints, special requests, and guest inquiries.
- Staff Supervision: Train and supervise front office staff to maintain high standards of customer service and administrative efficiency.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage staff schedules, handle HR-related tasks, and maintain an organized reception area.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly management reports on customer feedback, bookings, and cancellations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front office management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
