Customer Liaison Specialist

The Service Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department at Juma Al Majid Holding Group L.L.C. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Explain services available, including necessary repairs and estimated costs.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding vehicle performance and service history.
- Suggest additional services based on the vehicle's condition.
- Service Planning and Coordination
- Plan and coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments and allocate resources efficiently.
- Determine service urgency and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Manage work orders, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
- Cost Estimation and Billing
- Provide customers with detailed estimates for repairs and routine maintenance services.
- Deliver written quotes to customers before commencing work, ensuring transparency in pricing.
- Handle payments for services rendered, applying correct charges.
- Service Delivery and Quality Assurance
- Keep customers informed about service status, particularly if there are delays or unexpected issues.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure services meet the highest standards.
- Problem Resolution and Customer Satisfaction
- Address customer complaints or concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Provide recommendations for preventive maintenance or repairs to prevent future issues.
- Relationship Building and Customer Retention

- Foster customer loyalty by following up after services are completed, ensuring satisfaction, and informing them about potential additional services.
- Inventory Management and Record-Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of customer services, repairs performed, service history, and any parts used.
- Ensure parts and materials are stocked for upcoming repairs and services, coordinating with the parts department if necessary.
- Sales and Marketing Initiatives
- Promote additional services, such as tire rotations, oil changes, or vehicle detailing, based on the vehicle's condition.
- Participate in service department marketing campaigns, like email promotions, seasonal offers, or loyalty programs, to drive more business.
- Warranty and Insurance Support
- Advise customers on warranty coverage for repairs, ensuring eligible services are covered under warranty terms.
- Assist customers with filing insurance claims for services related to accidents or damage covered by insurance.
