About This Role

As a Customer Service Liaison at Al Fattan Properties, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between clients and our team.

Core Duties:
  1. Answering Calls: Answer all incoming calls in a professional and polite tone, addressing client concerns whenever feasible.
  2. Client Support: Provide support and guidance to clients, directing them to the relevant staff member when necessary.
  3. Message Management: Efficiently receive, forward, and relay telephone messages.
  4. Staff Coordination: Direct clients to the appropriate staff member.
  5. Mail and Documents: Manage and distribute general correspondence.
  6. Document Organization: Maintain an efficient filing system for all documents and correspondence.
  7. Office Essentials: Ensure we have sufficient office supplies on hand.
  8. Supply Chain: Coordinate stationery requests through our procurement department.
  9. Public Relations: Respond to public inquiries promptly and professionally.
  10. Support Tasks: Assist the HR & Admin team with miscellaneous projects, such as data entry, filing, and printing duties.
