FORTES EDUCATION is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Leader to join our team. As a Subject Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Arabic curriculum for the Secondary phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Arabic curriculum for the Secondary phase, working closely with other middle leaders and the Head of Department.
  • Oversee the administration of ABT assessments and ensure that they are conducted in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and achievement.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Arabic curriculum and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proficient and experienced in teaching Arabic to native students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to improve student outcomes and achievement.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Arabic or a related field.
  • Teaching certification or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in teaching Arabic to native students.

Language Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
