Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clinical staff on the effective use of our clinical applications.
  • Collaborate with clinical departments and other hospital staff to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of clinical projects and workflows.
  • Analyze and interpret patient data to improve clinical services and outcomes.
  • Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other clinical departments to improve system workflows and processes.
  • Translate clinical practice information between clinical staff and systems engineers.
  • Identify, collect, and analyze data relevant to the clinical care of patients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a relevant healthcare field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a healthcare facility.
  • Strong understanding of hospital clinical processes, issues, and practices.
  • Understanding of information systems and their applications in healthcare.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Solid understanding of hospital clinical processes, issues, and practices.
