Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Pool and Beach Attendant to join our team at Asterix Communications. As a Pool and Beach Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences for our guests at the pool and beach area.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests at the pool and beach area.
  2. Graciously provide towels, amenities, and seating options to our guests.
  3. Have in-depth knowledge of our food and beverage menu items and be able to make recommendations to our guests.
  4. Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  5. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in providing exceptional guest service.

Requirements

  1. Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  2. High school degree preferred.
  3. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  4. Certification in First Aid, AED, and CPR required (or equivalent).
  5. Lifeguard certification recommended (or equivalent).
