Responsibilities
- Manage deposit account documentation, handle inquiries related to deposit accounts, and ensure proper completion of forms in accordance with KYC policies and CB instructions.
- Manage finance account documentation, handle inquiries related to finance and covered cards, and maintain customer files. Prepare finance applications and obtain necessary approvals, input data into the system, and ensure proper completion of forms.
- Sell and cross-sell ADIB's products and promote ADIB's image as part of service delivery management.
- Manage subordinates, plan their training, and conduct appraisals as part of staff management and coordination.
- Perform other tasks specified by management.
Requirements
- Possess broad knowledge of ADIB's Retail Banking financial products and services.
- Have thorough knowledge of ADIB's Retail Credit and Operational Policies and Procedures.
- Be familiar with UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.
- Have thorough knowledge of all regulations issued by the Central Bank of UAE.
- Have general awareness of competitors in the local market.
- Have fair knowledge of service standards.
