As a salesperson, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, providing assistance and product recommendations. This will involve effectively communicating product features and benefits to customers in both English and Russian, meeting and exceeding sales targets by demonstrating excellent sales techniques and product knowledge, and maintaining a clean and organized sales environment to enhance the shopping experience.

In order to succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from 4,000 to 7,000 AED per month, along with additional commission based on performance.
