About the Role:

The Russian Speaking Account Manager will be part of our Commercial – Partner Success team and will work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs. They will identify opportunities for account growth and development, provide regular updates and reports on account status, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to manage and grow client relationships in the Russian-speaking market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Russian and English.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on-site 5 days a week.
