The Aquatic Safety Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of guests at the hotel's aquatic facilities, including swimming pools and beaches. This position requires constant vigilance, a strong understanding of water safety protocols, and the ability to respond swiftly to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise Aquatic Areas:
Oversee all swimming and water-related activities to guarantee guest safety.

Conduct regular inspections of the pool and adjacent areas to identify hazards or potentially dangerous situations.

Implement Safety Regulations
Uphold hotel and pool regulations to avert accidents and foster a secure and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.

Offer guidance and information to guests regarding water safety and appropriate pool conduct.

Emergency Response
React promptly and effectively in emergency situations, such as drownings or injuries.

Administer first aid or CPR as required and liaise with medical professionals or emergency services when necessary.

Maintain Lifeguard Equipment
Ensure that all lifeguard apparatus, including rescue tubes, first aid kits, and AEDs, are in optimal working order.

Report any maintenance or repair requirements to the relevant department.
