Responsibilities and Obligations:

- As a Lifeguard, you will efficiently and effectively supervise the swimming pool and constantly monitoring people / guests.
- Ensure that the pool and recreational areas are kept clean and safe from any hazards and provide assistance to guests if required.
- All facilities are to be cleaned and maintained on a daily basis and any discrepancies are to be reported immediately to your line supervisor.
- ⁠Make sure to undertake the pool water testing before allowing guests to use the pool.
- Make sure the guests are aware of Pool Policies and Procedures.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Ensure that the life saving equipment is in place and in good working condition.
- Ensure that water treatment is done on a regular basis.
- Supervise children's swimming activities.
- Maintain a watchful eye on guest safety
- Be familiar with property safety, first aid.
- Be familiar with fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly
- Take action on the safety hazards and inform to the supervisor.
- Log security incidents and accidents.

Job Requirements:

- UAE Certification & Experience as a Swimming Pool Lifeguard is MUST.
- Good Communication in English
