Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR coordination, with exposure to CSR initiatives preferred.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and take on new challenges.
