Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the institution's facilities are maintained to exemplary standards, covering aspects such as cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.
  • Supervise the performance of support service teams to guarantee they operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage accommodation needs for staff, ensuring compliance with institutional expectations and housing policies.
  • Oversee purchasing and contracting processes to ensure they are cost-effective and align with the institutional budget and development plans.

Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a diploma or degree in higher education; or
  • A relevant industry qualification at the graduate level for the designated functional areas.
  • Possession of a Facilities Management Certificate, NEBOSH, or IOSH certification is preferred.
