We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Delivery Hero SE. As a key member of our Kitchen Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our partner brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Onboarding Management: Manage all aspects of brand onboarding, including coordinating with kitchen sales teams, obtaining necessary documentation, and ensuring commercial accuracy.
  • Onboarding Process Coordination: Coordinate with various stakeholders, including kitchen operations, sales, growth, and project teams, to initiate brand onboarding and ensure timely completion.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Obtain and verify all required documents, including trade licenses, staff permits, health cards, and PIC, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Progress Monitoring and Issue Resolution: Monitor the progress of brand onboarding and resolve any deficiencies or issues that may arise, ensuring that the onboarding process is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaboration with External Teams: Collaborate with external support teams, such as POS content, quality, logistics, and partners' POS providers, to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Logistics and Device Provision: Coordinate with the logistics team to provide Talabat devices and ensure that they are properly configured and tested.
  • Brand Launch and Testing: Test orders and bring the brand live, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to ensure a successful launch.
