Outbound Lead Generator

The ideal candidate for this Outbound Lead Generator position will have previous experience in a similar outbound sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads within the B2B space by conducting targeted outreach to potential clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and setting up appointments or opportunities for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients using various channels (phone, email, social media).
- Research and identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to assess their needs, challenges, and potential fit for our products/services.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and effectively prioritize them for further engagement.
- Schedule high-quality appointments, demos, or meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and messaging.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar outbound sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in using various communication tools.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection, persistency in outreach efforts, and a positive, proactive attitude.
