We're hiring a Business Development Executive for one of our clients based in Sharjah, UAE.

About Our Client:

A leading real estate developer, dedicated to creating premier lifestyle communities and destinations in Sharjah and beyond. Committed to redefining modern living, they craft spaces that inspire and enrich people's daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to maximize property revenue.
  • Negotiate and secure tenants for short-term retail spaces, events, and promotions within properties.
  • Maximize occupancy rates by strategically placing short-term retail and events to boost property revenue.
  • Engage with local and regional vendors, entrepreneurs, and startups to explore short-term leasing opportunities.
  • Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new short-term retail tenants.
  • Prepare, review, and oversee short-term lease agreements and proposals.
  • Ensure all lease agreements adhere to property policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor lease duration and handle renewals or terminations as needed.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in specialty leasing, retail, or property management.
  • Prior experience in kiosk or cart leasing is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
