About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Cluster Manager - MICE to join our team at Yas Plaza Hotels. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. You will work closely with the Area Director of Sales to achieve individual hotel sales targets in your area by fostering strong relationships with customers.

About You

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • A proven track record in sales, preferably within the MICE industry
  • Four or more years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and project management skills
  • A deep understanding of local businesses and business trends required
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure
