Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual business plans for key strategic areas, leveraging all available tools and resources to create a winning partnership and added value offering.
  • Provide accurate input for demand planning and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure best possible deliveries.
  • Organize product presentations, promotional events, and actively promote the brand and organization for key strategic areas.
  • Identify, prevent, and act on market trends and changes, identifying opportunities and threats.
  • Provide training and cooperation to key strategic areas sales and marketing personnel.
  • Manage sales, marketing, and technical activities in relevant markets, acting and liaising for Consumer field sales.
  • Understand demand from the field and act/react upon it through follow-up on supply chain activities, align with sources on demand and allocation, and communicate with distributors.
  • Support Consumer PBU activities and liaise with field in managing internal processes.
  • Grow corporate market position by developing a user pull-through territory and a strong dealer network.
