The Ayedh Dejem Group seeks an experienced Office Manager to join its senior leadership team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality administrative support to senior leaders, while ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
This role requires a unique blend of office management skills, administrative expertise, and exceptional communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Oversee and maintain office supplies, equipment, and IT systems.
- Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to improve office productivity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and clients.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to senior leadership, including managing appointments and client meetings.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and other documents on behalf of the C-level executives.
Financial & Document Management:
- Oversee the management of financial records, including invoicing, payments, and budgeting for office expenses.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with industry standards regarding client and transaction documentation.
